I am an investment manager and have a client with an account that clears through Pershing.We have been speaking about setting up a direct link through an interface with Advent software (I have done this several times with other financial institutions) and i need a Pershing representative to initiate the request through their internal system called NetX360.

The problem is the representative at Pershing does not return our phone calls, emails, and the corporate site does not give you a way to reach anyone! The steps below must be completed given the nature of Pershing's authorization process and to ensure data security. • Contact the Pershing representative who will provide you the appropriate authorization to access the requested accounts.

• To initiate this request, your Pershing representative must access SFDI via NetX360 • Within SFDI, your Pershing representative may edit the existing extract criteria in order to add or delete specific accounts to your Pershing ACD feed.• Once the above process has been completed, the Pershing broker/dealer must notify Advent via email (sr@advent.com) and provide the following information:

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
